JOB DETAILS

  • Location : Willing to based Kulai, Johor (Hostel and allowance provided)
  • Internship period : Immediate joiner / can start within early May 2026
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operation Management, Management, or related discipline
  • Fluency in English language (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an added bonus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

JOB PURPOSE

The Admin Intern will support the project team in managing and coordinating project documentation for the Large-Scale Solar (LSS) project, ensuring proper record-keeping, timely submissions, and smooth documentation flow between engineers and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the preparation, compilation, and maintenance of project documentation including reports, drawings, permits, and correspondences.
  • Ensure proper filing, organization, and version control of both softcopy and hardcopy documents.
  • Support the project team in document submissions to clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
  • Track and monitor document status, approvals, and deadlines, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with engineers and cross-functional teams to gather required documentation and information.
  • Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, scheduling, and minutes taking.
  • Maintain accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all project records.
  • Ad hoc projects and general support when required by supervisor / management including to follow all site safety rules, procedures, and toolbox meeting requirements and report any unsafe conditions or practices observed on site.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Able to follow instructions and work under supervision.
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project-related challenges.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven, resourceful and proactive in finding solutions and meeting company objectives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
