Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with basic office administration tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages.
  • Support day-to-day operations including photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Help coordinate office activities, meetings, and events.
  • Assist other departments with simple administrative duties when needed.
  • Ensure office area is organized, and supplies are well maintained.

Job Requirements

  • SPM / Diploma in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
