Administrative Assistant Director of Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Manufacturing.
  • Manage calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports related to manufacturing operations.
  • Track action items from leadership and operational meetings.
  • Support communication and coordination between manufacturing, engineering, quality, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain organized records, documents, and confidential files.
  • Assist with preparation of operational reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, site visits, and departmental activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting leaders in a manufacturing or operations environment.
