Job Description

Administrative Assistant (Contract 12 months)

Location: Kuala Terengganu

Salary: RM4,500 per month

Key Responsibilities

-Manage meetings, agendas, and logistics.

-Handle correspondence, calls, and emails with discretion.

-Prepare reports, memos, letters, and presentation materials.

-Arrange official visits, travel, and claims.

-Maintain confidential records and filing systems.

-Support process improvements in the admin function.

What We're Looking For

-Diploma in Secretarial Science (MQA recognized).

-Strong organizational, time management & communication skills.

-Proficient in ICT & office tools.

-High level of professionalism, teamwork, and confidentiality.

-Excellent command of English is an added advantage.
