Roles & Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Sales Support
- Manage, engage, and nurture new & existing customer accounts.
- Conduct presentations, understand customer needs, and propose suitable solutions.
- Execute full sales cycle — from prospecting, quotation, follow-up to closing.
Technical & Product Understanding
- Learn and master product knowledge (training provided).
- Translate technical information into simple terms for clients.
- Support customers with product usage inquiries and problem-solving.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and potential market segments.
- Recommend suitable products/solutions to improve customer efficiency and reduce cost.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Jobs Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills — comfortable speaking with people.
- Able to present ideas, solve problems and work as a team.
- Tech-savvy, eager to learn, proactive and driven to achieve results.
