This is a full-time hybrid role for an Advertising Lead located in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some remote work. The Advertising Lead will be responsible for strategizing and executing marketing campaigns targeting Mandarin-speaking markets, managing agency relationships, and ensuring alignment with advertising objectives. Key duties include developing innovative advertising strategies, overseeing campaign performance, conducting data analysis to measure effectiveness, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and sales techniques and experience working with agencies in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Communication and Marketing, with a proven ability to create compelling advertising content and effectively interact with agencies.
• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis expertise to evaluate campaign performance and deliver data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Demonstrated Sales and business development skills, with an ability to grow and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and verbal) is essential to effectively engage with Mandarin-speaking markets.
• Experience working in or managing advertising agencies, with a track record of delivering results in digital advertising or Web3-focused campaigns.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to thrive in a hybrid work environment.
• Familiarity with the Web3, blockchain, or fintech space is a strong plus.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
