What can you expect
As an FRM Associate / Senior Associate, you will work alongside experienced consultants to support a diverse range of risk advisory engagements. You will gain exposure across multiple risk domains and develop deep technical and regulatory expertise.
- Assist in developing and reviewing risk, regulatory, and compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regulatory gap assessments, analyze guidelines (e.g., BNM, Basel), and prepare recommendations.
- Support development and implementation of risk models (IRB models for capital, IFRS 9 ECL models, behavioral models, credit decisioning tools, stress testing frameworks).
- Validate and review risk models for regulatory alignment and internal policy compliance.
- Perform risk analytics, support design of risk processes, controls, and operating models.
- Assist in advisory work involving market and liquidity risk, including IBOR transition, IRRBB, valuation matters, and liquidity management.
- Conduct research on regulatory developments, industry insights, and risk trends.
- Support project managers in producing reports, tools, dashboards, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Work collaboratively across a dynamic team environment while gaining exposure to multiple risk areas.

Requirements
Who We're Looking For
We seek versatile, analytical, and proactive individuals with a genuine interest in financial risk management, regulatory frameworks, and quantitative problem-solving.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, or other STEM-related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities; familiarity with Python, R, SQL, SAS or other analytical tools is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Versatile and curious, with willingness to learn across multiple risk domains.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Knowledge or experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, audit, treasury, or banking is an advantage.
- Understanding Basel II/III, BNM guidelines, or other regulatory frameworks (HKMA, MAS, APRA, OJK) is a plus.
- Professional certifications (or pursuing) such as FRM, CFA, ACCA, CA are advantageous.
- Experience guide:
