We are looking for a results-driven Affiliate Executive to spearhead our performance-based programs. This role is designed for a strategic communicator who excels at building high-value relationships and driving scalable growth across platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. You will be responsible for turning affiliate networks into a primary revenue driver through innovative mechanics and data-backed optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Network Growth & Retention
- Strategic Recruitment: Proactively identify and onboard a diverse pool of affiliates across various demographics and e-commerce platforms.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term trust with top-tier partners through regular engagement and personalized support.
- Retention Initiatives: Design and implement incentive programs to reward high-performing affiliates and maintain a loyal, active network.
2. Campaign Strategy & Optimization
- Custom Mechanics: Develop creative, data-driven promotional offers tailored to specific affiliate niches and audience behaviors.
- Agile Testing: Continuously refine commission structures and campaign hooks to maximize conversion rates and ROAS.
- Co-Creation: Partner with key affiliates to develop unique content strategies that align their personal brand with our corporate objectives.
3. Communication & Community
- Direct Liaison: Act as the primary, professional point of contact for all affiliate inquiries, ensuring swift and effective issue resolution.
- Knowledge Sharing: Build a sense of community by coordinating webinars, briefings, or exclusive training sessions to help partners improve their performance.
4. Performance & Analytics
- Data Monitoring: Track and analyze key metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and total sales volume.
- Actionable Reporting: Prepare compact, insightful performance updates for internal stakeholders, highlighting growth opportunities and ROI.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Management, or Performance Marketing.
- Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, and Lazada ecosystems.
- Analytical Skillset: Ability to interpret data trends and translate them into actionable campaign adjustments.
- Communication Style: Professional, proactive, and capable of high-level negotiation.
- Organization: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaign cycles simultaneously.
