We are seeking a proactive and strategic Affiliate Partnerships Manager to grow our affiliate ecosystem through trusted, high-value partners. In this role, you will pitch, onboard, and manage relationships with complementary businesses to expand our brand footprint and drive qualified user traffic.
Job Description
- Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, pitch, and onboard high-quality B2B partners (Networks / App Partners etc.) to join our affiliate program.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as their main point of contact to ensure high engagement and sustained activations.
- Campaign Development: Collaborate with partners to co-create marketing initiatives to fulfill Shopee campaign objectives while meeting Partner requirements.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor partner performance metrics, track conversion rates, and optimize ways of collaboration to increase Shopee ROI.
- Commission & Compliance Management: Manage the affiliate commission structure, ensure accurate tracking and timely payouts.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze industry trends and competitor activities, track partner activities, drive projections and other
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimally 1-2 years experience in partner development and management. Proven ability to build, maintain and leverage relationships.
- Strong analytical thinking proactive in analyzing data, tracking metrics, reporting on performance and next steps.
- Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly.
- Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform KPIs.
- Excellent command of English, with the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) will be an added advantage.
