We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join a dynamic team transforming the insurance industry through cutting-edge technology. If you are passionate about building and deploying intelligent solutions that drive automation and innovation, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage scalable AI/ML platforms and MLOps pipelines on cloud infrastructure (AWS).

Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, intelligent agents) using LLMs and frameworks like LangChain to enhance customer and operational workflows.

Automate core insurance processes: document processing (OCR), claims adjudication, fraud detection, underwriting, and benefit calculations.

Evaluate and integrate third-party AI solutions, ensuring alignment with technical and governance standards.

Champion Responsible AI practices, implementing governance frameworks for ethics, privacy, and model explainability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into production-ready AI models and insights.

Build robust datasets, labeling processes, and performance monitoring systems to ensure model accuracy and business value.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's/Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or a similar role, preferably within insurance or financial services.

Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).

Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.

Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, AWS CDK).

Solid understanding of MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and model lifecycle management.

Knowledge of event-driven and serverless architectures.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
