Key Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and optimize Analog Mixed-Signal circuits for advanced semiconductor products.
- Develop high-performance analog building blocks for high-speed interface applications.
- Perform circuit simulation, characterization, verification, and design optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Physical Design, Digital Design, Verification, and Product Engineering teams.
- Ensure robust analog performance across PVT corners and advanced process technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of Analog Mixed-Signal IC Design experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- SerDes I/O
- DDR I/O
- High-Speed I/O Interfaces
- PLL
- DLL
- High-Speed Clock Distribution
- LDO
- Bandgap Reference
- Power Delivery Simulation
- Complex Analog Circuit Design
- Analog RTL Modeling
- Analog Timing Analysis
- Proficiency with Cadence Analog Design Environment (ADE) and other Cadence design tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing on 7nm or more advanced process nodes.
- Experience with Samsung 5nm technology is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of Analog IC design methodologies and silicon validation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative global engineering environment.
