You'll be a tech ambassadorsupporting our sales team, solving real customer problems, and helping to close exciting automation projects across various industries.
What you'll do
Sales & Technical Support
- Work hand-in-hand with sales to strategize, propose solutions, run demos, support tender bids, and build strong customer relationships.
- Deliver technical proposals, application proof-of-concepts (POCs), and support product training, testing, and commissioning.
- Be the face of our robots: present at trade shows, record training videos, and create impactful tech notes.
Customer Satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues like a pro.
- Proactively improve our technical support services.
- Be the calm in the stormhandle escalations smartly and keep customers happy.
- Stay ahead by constantly learning: AI, IoT, robotics, industrial automation, cloud integration
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Robotics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience in technical support, training, demo, or project delivery is a plusbut fresh grads are welcome too!
- Bonus if you've worked with embedded systems, automation, or in the semiconductor / electronics industry.
- Extra points: Basic understanding of programming, cloud systems, or system integration
- Strong in English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Confident presenter: able to simplify complex tech for non-tech people.
- Team player who also owns your work with pride.
- Tech loveralways excited to explore new gadgets or tools.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel locally and overseas occasionally.
