As a Digital Support Analyst, you will be responsible for application architecture, design, development and supports.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team in achieving unit objectives.
- Provide technical guidance on digital initiative projects and enhancements, focusing on system integrations, functionality, and technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the implementation and digital strategy teams to deliver IT solutions.
- Work independently, seeking guidance only in complex situations.
- Research and implement solutions to enhance and automate existing business processes, improve work efficiency, and enhance user experience.
- Identify opportunities, raise awareness, and implement digital enablement platforms.

- Identify opportunities, promote awareness, and deploy digital enablement platforms.
- Manage and collaborate with external service providers on both small- and large-scale digital projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the IT department to support digital initiative projects.
- Contribute to the team's efforts in developing digitalization solutions, digital integration architecture, and sourcing digital solutions.
- Prepare management reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Head of Department.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, computer engineering, or an equivalent field, coupled with a minimum of 6 years of experience in application development or project management.
- Demonstrate 5 years of expertise within the life insurance industry, encompassing various applications.
- Hold 5 years of experience in the design of application architectures.
- Showcase a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in application support and application architecture design.
- Exhibit proficiency in integration techniques for applications, including API integration, data streaming, and web services.
- Display a track record in implementing web portals, mobile applications, and client applications.
- Demonstrate experience in system analysis.
- Possess expertise in core programming languages such as Java, C#, and .Net.
- Showcase experience in working with databases like MSSQL, Oracle, and MS Access.
- Additionally, having a background in business analysis or system-related experience would be a valuable advantage.
