- Manage the full spectrum of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports related to accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payment collections and address billing inquiries.
- Support month-end closing activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor aging reports and take proactive measures to minimize overdue payments.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Continuously review and improve accounts receivable processes to enhance efficiency.
Profile
A Successful AR Accountant Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable processes and financial reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
