AR Accountant

The AR Accountant in the industrial/manufacturing industry will be responsible for managing accounts receivable processes and ensuring accurate financial records. Based in Subang Jaya. this role requires strong accounting skills and attention to detail to support the organisation's financial operations.

Description

• Oversee and manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare and analyse accounts receivable reports to support decision-making.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
  
  

Profile

A Successful AR Accountant Should Have

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
