Area of coverage : Northern region of Peninsular Malaysia
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Set clear goals and drive overall sales performance
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
- Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company standards
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the local market and customer landscape
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Valid driver's license
