Job Description:
We're looking for a passionate and proactive Creative Associate to join our Shopee Creative & Production team. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to real advertising campaigns and develop your skills in visual storytelling and concept execution across various formats.
Job Description:
- Concept ideation & execution for online videos, DOOH, SM videos, animation videos or any other mediums required by the business
- Assist in developing storyboards and graphic assets for a variety of content formats, including TVCs, online videos, digital ads, DOOH, and more.
- Support the Creative Team throughout the end-to-end creative process – from concept development to final video production.
- Assist with ad hoc creative tasks as needed
- Stay up-to-date with creative trends and industry best practices.
- Supervise and assist on video/photo shoots to ensure the shoots are going smoothly according to storyboard requirements
- Provide necessary support at every stage of Creative & Production processes on assigned projects such art direction, design, moodboard research
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Campaigns, Video Production, and Social Media to brainstorm and execute high quality, integrated creative solutions.
Requirements:
- 1 - 4 years of experience as a creative from advertising industry, with digital background preferred
- Proficient in using Adobe design softwares such as Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Strong eye for art, photography, design and attention to detail.
- Strong crafting skills in art and design such as typography, layout design, illustrations and photo manipulation
- A strong portfolio featuring work in graphic design, video production, storyboarding, art direction is required.
- Team player with good time management and communication skills.
- Receptive to feedback and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines when required
- Humble attitude that can handle rejections well
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma is required
- Fluent and in both verbal and written English. Fluency in Bahasa or other languages is a plus.
- Good time management, ability to work under pressure and prioritises multiple projects with careful attention to detail
- Able to create storyboard using AI technology
