We are seeking an experienced AS400 professional to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AS400 systems and a passion for developing and maintaining robust applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AS400 applications and systems
- Ensure the reliability and performance of AS400 environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve any AS400-related issues
- Perform regular system backups and updates
- Document processes and workflows for AS400 systems
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience with AS400 systems
- Proficiency in RPG, COBOL, and CL programming languages
- Strong understanding of DB2 database management
- Experience with system administration on AS400
- Knowledge of system security and backup procedures
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
