Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Assistant Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence in the B2B electronics and semiconductor sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the chemical and related industries through market research, networking, and direct client engagement.
  • Plan and implement territory growth strategies to expand market presence and increase market share.
  • Set and manage annual and quarterly sales targets aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and growth projections based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, acting as the main contact for business needs.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure long-term partnerships and optimize commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as supply chain, technical, and marketing to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and smooth service delivery.
  • Provide market insights to support pricing strategies, product positioning, and inventory planning.
  • Develop financial forecasts, pricing structures, and sales budgets to support strategic planning.
  • Report regularly to management on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
  • Conduct professional presentations to stakeholders, clearly communicating product value and technical advantages.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Science, Electronics, Semiconductor, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development within chemical, electronics, semiconductor, or similar technical B2B industries.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and complex environment with minimal supervision.
  • Strong technical understanding combined with sales and communication skills.
  • Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and commercial awareness.
  • Interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
