Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the chemical and related industries through market research, networking, and direct client engagement.
- Plan and implement territory growth strategies to expand market presence and increase market share.
- Set and manage annual and quarterly sales targets aligned with overall business objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts and growth projections based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, acting as the main contact for business needs.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure long-term partnerships and optimize commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as supply chain, technical, and marketing to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and smooth service delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Science, Electronics, Semiconductor, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development within chemical, electronics, semiconductor, or similar technical B2B industries.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and complex environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong technical understanding combined with sales and communication skills.
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and commercial awareness.
