Job Purpose
- Support the organization within every area of Carpark, Operations Department
- Ensure for the overall operation matter in absence of Executive Operations
- Ensure that notify immediate superior on any issues pertaining to department job functions
Job Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support including correspondence, coordination, communications, and liaison with other departments.
- Source for system supplier and equipment required.
- Monitor and control cost-consuming activities to the most effective
- Ensure compliance with standard regulations by government authorities and auditors.
- Submit overtime and other allowances or claims by operations staff.
- Control and record tracking of items such as keys, walkie talkies, tickets, receipts, tools, and other controlled items.
- Prepare monthly management reports, memos, and official letters for internal or external departments or companies.
- Handle walk in customer and customer inquiry
- Provide front line service for customers problem or enquiry with regards to parking services and facilities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Daily reporting and checklist review of carpark cleanliness and upkeep.
- Daily reporting and checklist review of mall pest control and landscaping works monitoring.
- Inspection of carpark cleanliness and upkeep.
