• Prepare and review financial reports to provide accurate information for business planning and management review.
• Maintain complete finance records and ensure transactions are recorded clearly and on time.
• Monitor financial data and investigate variances to help maintain reliable reporting.
• Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts for property-related business activities.
• Work with internal teams to gather financial information and resolve reporting queries.
• Review finance documentation to improve accuracy, consistency and record keeping.
• Help maintain finance processes that support timely reporting across the Accounting & Finance department.

A Successful Assistant Finance Manager Should Have

• Experience preparing and reviewing financial reports.
• Strong knowledge of financial record keeping and transaction processing.
• Ability to analyse financial data and explain variances clearly.
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Good understanding of finance documentation and reporting processes.

Job Offer

• Permanent employment contract.
• Salary of MYR 8,000 to MYR 9,000.
