Your new role
As Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the group's financial and risk management functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Financial Reporting & Consolidation: Assist in preparing group consolidated financial statements using a dedicated reporting system. Compile data for various reporting needs such as town halls, shareholder updates, KPI tracking, and management reports.
- Risk Management: Oversee insurance matters, including annual renewals and handling insurance claims.
- ESG Reporting: Support the preparation and submission of ESG-related reports, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards.
- Audit Collaboration: Work closely with auditors, particularly those with ESG reporting experience, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong interest in group reporting and financial consolidation.
- Familiarity with financial reporting systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge or exposure to ESG reporting will be highly regarded.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and deadlines.
- Fresh auditors with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
