A Multinational Engineering Company is Looking for Assistant Manager, Finance (based in Puchong)

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be in charge of:
- Manage timely preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports for all entities
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance projections
- Ensure compliance with statutory tax filings and deadlines for direct and indirect taxes
- Lead the preparation and audit-ready finalisation of statutory accounts
- Perform detailed financial analysis on inventory procurement, margins, and cash flow
- Oversee capital planning, inventory funding, and debtor collections to meet budget targets.
- Supervise financial operations, resolve accounting issues, and coordinate with shared services.
- Act as primary liaison for audits, tax matters, and special projects to ensure smooth completion
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for the position, you will need to possess:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or equivalent)
- 6 - 9 years of previous working experience in Accounting and Finance, preferably from MNCs or PLCs
- Strong financial data analysis and report writing skills in group and divisional operating and financial positions.
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
