Responsible for the management & development of strategic key accounts (Quick Service Restaurant, Food Service Chains, Airlines, Convenient Store, Manufacturing), and to sustain and create demand to expand the business opportunity growth.
- Understand customer's project brief, needs/pain-points and translate into actionable strategy plan.
- Negotiate business terms (volume, target costing, delivery, product specs) with each customer to reach the most effective conditions
- Coordinate regularly with relevant business partners from Chef, Research & Development (R&D), Marketing and related functions to ensure smooth and efficient business outcomes.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain Team for demand planning and order fulfilment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant Account Management/Food Service experience, with results-driven/achievement-focused with the end goal in mind.
- Based in Subang office but must be willing to travel around Malaysia as when necessary.
- Possess customer management skills with solid selling essential skills and negotiation skills.
- Relevant industry: Food Service, Hospitality, Food tech will be added advantage.
