Manage the resources required to Procure/Commission/Develop for allocated innovation projects.
Maintain excellent, effective working relationships with stakeholders, key strategic partners, senior managers, and other teams.
Keep up to date with technology, legislation, and best practice, and ensure that relevant initiatives are adopted to develop the effectiveness of the service.
Working with businesses and research institutions to facilitate and promote innovation in low-carbon mobility and integrated transport delivery.
Co-creation with the community and stakeholders to develop project approaches.
Manage the installation of Home Charging across the regions.
Manage contractors and third parties.
Identify new processes to increase efficiency.
Conduct site surveys and attend meetings with client and vendors.
Manage projects in various locations across Malaysia.
Managing the construction phase including site inspections, meetings, Q&A reviews reporting
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects ranging in size from 100K to larger 1Mil *
Be the main point on contact on site during projects.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent in working experience. Certified Project Management Officer is a plus.
8-10 years of experience in project management in complex/matrix environments. Preferably, this experience will be inclusive of at least 4 years experience in the managerial position.
Extensive project delivery and cost management experience
The position is a supervisory position and communication must be effective down the line to ensure the proper execution of the roles/functions in all his subordinates.
Strong leadership skills with an ability to move his peers as well as his subordinates and have them follow a common vision.
Demonstrate a high level of analytical and quantitative skills. He should possess the ability to use information/data and various metrics to develop an informed and factual business case.
Experience of delivering the full lifecycle of projects from cradle-to-grave and be able to work well under pressure.
High integrity and consistent in his work, and who has clear and visible set values; he also demonstrates calmness to effectively lead the charging team in times of uncertainty.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and the Microsoft Excel analytical tools.
