Your new role
As Assistant Manager, Company Secretary, you will, with the guidance of the Company Secretary:
- Discharge corporate secretarial duties and ensure statutory compliance for a portfolio of companies.
- Play a vital role in implementing corporate exercises, Board and corporate decisions.
- Ensure compliance with and adherence to company strategies, policies, procedures, and governance measures.
- Liaise with regulators and stakeholders to support smooth operations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years experience in company secretary roles within a listed company or secretarial practice.
- Professional Diploma or Degree in Corporate Administration or LLB
- ICSA qualification or SSM Practising Certificate.
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, Bursa Listing Requirements, Capital Markets & Services Act, SC Guidelines.
- Excellent English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
