About the Role

Responsible for managing IAM Platform services of AIA's information systems
  • To provide primary technical support for SailPoint IIQ application and the integrations.
  • Perform day to day operation support on the platform hosting SailPoint application including system health checks, application performance monitoring, upgrades, patching, certificates maintenance and issue resolutions.
  • Support the resolution of Incidents and Problems within the team. Assist with the resolution of complex incidents.
  • Support Change Management in terms of solution upgrade, enhancements, bug fixes and changes to resolve issues related to SailPoint solution.
  • Support the resolution on issues highlighted during the SailPoint integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) and Production deployments.
  • Support IAM Engineering, Testing Team, IAM Operation, Application vendors throughout new application onboarding process.
  • Support planned and actual DR test activities for SailPoint systems and infrastructure.
  • Interact with delivery partners and/or vendors and internal stakeholders as required to achieve objectives.
  • Ensure daily operations and system workflows following global standards and security policies.
  • To drive Continuous Service Improvement initiatives in improving service quality, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Demonstrate and apply strong teamwork and communication with other team members.
  • Support new service transition (go-live) from Project to Operation delivery in Production environment.

Skill Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in SailPoint application installation, configuration, administration support, enhancements, and maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience and strong knowledge on deployment and supporting on the latest versions of SailPoint IdentityIQsolution
  • Possessesinfra knowledge on On-Prem and Azure Servers (Windows, UNIX/LINUX& AS400). . Experience with programming languages: PowerShell, Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.
  • Experience with web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, REST API, JSON and HTML.
  • Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL), Directories (LDAP, AD) and Application/Web servers (IIS, Apache Tomcat)
  • Experience with application (connected and disconnected) onboarding, provisioning, workflow customization, access review etc.
  • Ability to analyze, troubleshoot complex technical problems and assist in identifying solutions. . Familiarity on Cyber Security principles and concepts.
  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Available to provide 24 x 7 on-call standby support.
  • Knowledge on scripting and automation tools such as C#.NET, VB script, PowerShell, Azure PowerShell, SQL queries, Jenkins will be an added advantage.
  • SailPoint IdentityIQ (Associate or Professional) / SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer certifications are desired
