To assist in overseeing and monitoring receipt, storage, order processing and goods distribution operations.
To assist in implementing operational policies and procedures by adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines and safety guidelines.
To assist in monitoring and tracking KPIs to meet the business goals.
Keeping the stock control system up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy.
Leading, motivating and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to maximize optimal team productivity.
To assist in ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
Responding to and dealing with internal customer communication and enquiries.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution centre management, or logistics, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or senior capacity.
Proven track record in Retail, FMCG, E-commerce is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of inventory control, stock accuracy, order fulfilment, inbound/outbound operations.
