Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To assist in overseeing and monitoring receipt, storage, order processing and goods distribution operations.
  • To assist in implementing operational policies and procedures by adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines and safety guidelines.
  • To assist in monitoring and tracking KPIs to meet the business goals.
  • Keeping the stock control system up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Leading, motivating and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to maximize optimal team productivity.
  • To assist in ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
  • Responding to and dealing with internal customer communication and enquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution centre management, or logistics, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or senior capacity.
  • Proven track record in Retail, FMCG, E-commerce is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, stock accuracy, order fulfilment, inbound/outbound operations.
