About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven and results-oriented professional to lead our e-commerce business while supporting the development of new Route-to-Market (RTM) opportunities and growth platforms.
This role will be responsible for driving business growth across key digital commerce platforms, optimizing commercial performance, and identifying new channel opportunities to support the company's long-term growth agenda.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
E-Commerce Management
- Manage and grow e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Pandamart, and other relevant channels.
- Execute annual business plans, campaigns, promotions, and platform activations to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including sales, traffic, conversion, basket size, and ROAS.
- Oversee marketplace operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory planning, and demand forecasting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers, platform partners, agencies, and external enablers.
- Identify opportunities to unlock additional visibility, shopper acquisition, and business growth through strategic partnerships and platform initiatives.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners to deliver business objectives.
Route-to-Market Development
- Support company initiatives to identify and develop alternative Route-to-Market opportunities and new growth platforms.
- Explore emerging channels such as social commerce, quick commerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), B2B digital commerce, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify white-space opportunities and growth potential.
- Support business case development and implementation of approved growth initiatives.
- Work cross-functionally to drive implementation of approved growth projects and channel expansion opportunities.
- Perform any other duties or additional tasks as assigned, consistent with the role and the needs of the business.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Commerce, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Management, Digital Commerce, or related commercial functions.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar marketplaces.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and AI productivity tools.
- Experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Omnichannel, or Digital Commerce environments will be an added advantage.
