Finance, Assistant Manager / Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist with statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Support process improvements and finance-related projects.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
• Assist in group reporting and financial consolidation activities where applicable.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and financial reporting functions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
• Experience in financial consolidation and group reporting is an added advantage.
• Professional certification and/or membership (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, MIA, or equivalent) is preferred.
