Job Description

Job Responsibility

Lead Generation & Activation

  • Independently scout, source, and qualify event leads through digital platforms, outbound reach, partnerships, listings, and creative methods.
  • Build, manage, and grow a sustainable pipeline of leads for conversion by the sales team.
  • Execute and refine lead generation campaigns, referral drives, and lead magnets.

Sales Handoff & Tracking

  • Ensure smooth transfer of qualified leads to the sales team with complete lead data and briefing.
  • Track conversion success and continuously improve lead quality.

Team & Strategy Support

  • Assist Head of Events in scaling workforce capabilitiesincluding coordination and productivity systems.
  • Contribute insights on lead performance, conversion gaps, and new channel opportunities.
  • Help implement CRM tools, outreach workflows, and reporting mechanisms.

Job Requirements

  • 24 years of experience in lead generation, growth marketing, event sales, or business development
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize outcomes, and hit targets
  • Strong communication, networking, and digital research skills
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot)
  • Bonus: Prior exposure to events, hospitality, or F&B industry
