What would you do

To manage and grow key expressway and mobility-related accounts by understanding traffic, tolling, and operational needs of partners (e.g., concessionaires, transport operators, infrastructure stakeholders).

This role ensures optimal revenue generation through toll usage, payment adoption and service integration, while driving strategic initiatives to enhance traffic throughput, user experience, and long-term business value.

The position is accountable for full commercial and operational performance of assigned expressway portfolios, treating each partner as a business entity with clear revenue, usage, and service delivery targets, rather than purely relationship-based engagement.

  • Drive revenue growth through toll transactions, traffic volume optimization, and increased adoption of digital payment solutions (TNG Products).
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize traffic monetization and lane utilization.
  • Monitor key metrics such as traffic volume, transaction value, penetration rate, and conversion to seamless tolling solutions.
  • Identify and optimize key performance levers including pricing models, rebate structures, campaign effectiveness, and user adoption.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities including new tolling technologies, mobility services, and digital ecosystem integrations.

Business Development & Commercial Growth

  • Identify opportunities to expand into new expressway projects, concessions, and mobility ecosystems.
  • Lead end-to-end business development activities including feasibility analysis, traffic/revenue modelling, and ROI assessment.
  • Design and implement strategies to increase TNG Products adoption, reduce cash usage, and improve toll collection efficiency.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with expressway operators, regulators, and ecosystem partners (e.g., transport authorities, parking, fuel, or smart mobility providers).
  • Structure and close deals aligned with long-term traffic growth and recurring revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic infrastructure and mobility partnerships.
  • Monitor industry developments such as smart highways, and regulatory changes to capture emerging opportunities.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary commercial interface with expressway operators and stakeholders to align on traffic growth, toll collection efficiency, and technology adoption goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews covering revenue, traffic trends, congestion improvements, and operational KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross division (operations, technology, enforcement, finance) to ensure seamless execution of tolling services.
  • Ensure service delivery meets operational SLAs (e.g., lane uptime, transaction accuracy, processing time).
  • Manage escalations related to system downtime, transaction failures, or congestion issues.
  • Oversee billing, reconciliation, and collections to safeguard revenue.
  • Maintain strong partner satisfaction to ensure contract renewals and long-term collaboration.

Operations & Performance Management

  • Ensure operational readiness of tolling systems to support traffic volume and revenue targets.
  • Identify and address operational gaps impacting toll throughput, lane efficiency, and user experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as lane optimization, congestion management, and transaction speed enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with concession agreements, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
  • Act as escalation point for critical issues impacting expressway business continuity (e.g., major outages, peak period congestion).
  • Support rollout of new technologies or enhancements across expressway networks.

Reporting & Business Insights

  • Prepare and present detailed reports covering: Traffic volume trends, Toll revenue performance, Payment mix (TNG Products), Lane efficiency and congestion indicators
  • Provide actionable insights to improve traffic flow, revenue capture, and user adoption rates.
  • Track KPIs aligned to business targets such as penetration rate, transaction growth, and uptime performance.
  • Recommend strategic initiatives to improve both commercial and operational outcomes.
