Preparation of accurate and timely financial reports (full set of accounts)/ financial information to internal and external parties in a timely and accurate manner
Preparation of financial analysis and identify major variances
Prepare and update group reporting requirements (immediate holding/holding) including simple consolidation
Prepare tax estimate and tax schedule for tax submission. Familiar with deferred tax computation
Preparation of budgets and budgetary controls
Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with subgroup (business units and inter-department) team on key issues
Ability to liaise with external auditors/tax agents/authorities when required
Familiar with balance sheet reconciliations, journal booking, GL entries
Compliance with Group SOPs, policies, and internal controls
To carry out any other duties as directed by the Company Management.
Participate in continuous process improvement projects and plans.
Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
Job Requirements:
Possess Degree in Accountancy or Professional qualifications
Minimum 3 years and above in corporate and financial reporting work
Familiar with local Accounting Standards and Taxation.
IT literate with strong knowledge in Office Power Point presentation and MS Excel skills.
Must have MIA or ACCA
Meticulous and strong in business and logical sense.
Analytical mind with the ability to work independently
Manage to work under tight deadlines and cope with work pressure
A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
