Key Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Performance & Analysis
Assist in:
- Annual budget exercise
- Preparing quarterly Board presentation decks and financial analysis for Board meetings;
- First cut review of monthly financial reports and financial statements prepared by the HQ Shared Services team; and
- Supporting in-country or group's FP&A initiatives
Finance Operation, Compliance and Cost Controllership
Assist in:
- Monitoring and analysing project capital expenditures (CAPEX) of DC projects;
- Tracking and reviewing of departmental operating expenses (OPEX) to ensure cost efficiency and budget compliance;
- Providing cost analysis to the reporting manager and support business decision-making;
Others
- Any other adhoc projects and reporting initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Reporting, Controllership, Corporate Finance, or a related finance function.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, management reporting, and financial analysis in asset management, construction or Data Centre related industries.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
- Analytical and able to perform fundamental problem-solving skills to meet job role's objectives.
- Ability to work independently and be able to prioritize key task to meet tight deadlines
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to reporting manager and relevant departmental peers.
