Reporting
1. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with MFRS/IFRS and company policies.
2. Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
3. Coordinate audit activities, including preparation of schedules, responding to auditor queries, and follow-up on audit findings.
4. Monitor compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and finance governance requirements.
5. Support preparation of management reports, Board papers, and financial analysis for decision-making.
6. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties (auditors, tax agents) on reporting-related matters.
7. Review and improve financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
8. Supervise and guide junior staff/interns on reporting and closing activities.
Business Partner Review Committee (BPRC)
1. Support and coordinate BPRC, including preparation and review of financial submissions, analysis, and supporting papers.
2. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of financial information for BPRC deliberation and decision-making.
3. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties on the BPRC related matters.
