Lead the design and standardization of dashboards, reports, and governance artifacts across current pillars (Actuarial, HR, ESG, Group Operations), expanding to support the wider Group Applications leadership team when needed
. Drive continuous improvement of performance monitoring and measurement tools and approaches
. Uplift our approach to communication internally and with key stakeholders
- Oversee the design, build, and usage of standardized dashboards, reports, and tools.
- Migrate all manual dashboards to automated (and near real-time where possible) reporting through tools such as Jira and PowerBI
- Explore ways to continually improve the way we communicate internally and with our stakeholders through dashboards, reports and governance documents (PowerPoint)
- Develop concepts into actionable plans including sourcing data, developing the process for getting that data into the right tool, and developing the visualization including simple and concise UI/UX.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
