Role Description

The Assistant Manager, Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangsar South. The Assistant Manager will also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital, and bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases, as well as compliance with employment laws
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
