Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support product roadmap at country level and ensure all team members are trained on product knowledge for solution design.
  • Apply IT Project Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to IT Project activities ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships that are focused on identifying, understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain productive partnerships with business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Product Management and Project Delivery teams to develop IT solutions that fulfill business requirements.
  • Manage vendor relations to ensure service delivery contracts are fulfilled.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in managing IT infrastructure and operations.
  • Experience in Third Party Logistics (3PL) coupled with Knowledge in supply chain, logistics, and distribution concepts are an added advantage.
  • Solid knowledge / experience in ITIL processes, Change Management and Project Management.
  • Knowledge of vendor management, contract establishment / management.
  • Up to date with ever changing trends as well as environment in IT.
  • Ability to lead and manage team effectively in complex matrix organizations
  • Result-oriented, goal-driven and committed towards operation and service excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, communication and stakeholder management.
