This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operation of technology, providing support to internal users and guests, and working on specific small to medium-sized departmental projects, including administrative work of the IT department.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily IT operations, systems, and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
- Ensure system performance, security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and contingency plans
- Manage IT budget, procurement, and technology resources
- Lead preventive maintenance and software/system implementation
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum system availability
- Supervise and guide the IT team, including task planning and performance review
- Identify gaps and drive continuous improvements in IT operations
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a hotel environment.
- High attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
