Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operation of technology, providing support to internal users and guests, and working on specific small to medium-sized departmental projects, including administrative work of the IT department.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily IT operations, systems, and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
  • Ensure system performance, security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and contingency plans
  • Manage IT budget, procurement, and technology resources
  • Lead preventive maintenance and software/system implementation
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maximum system availability
  1. Supervise and guide the IT team, including task planning and performance review
  • Identify gaps and drive continuous improvements in IT operations

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a hotel environment.
  • High attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positions are open to all local and permanent residents of Malaysia only.
