After Sales & Service Engineer to join the team. You are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services post-sales. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to address issues, optimize product performance, and uphold service standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional after‑sales technical support and troubleshooting to customers
- Perform on‑site service support, maintenance, and product testing
- Work closely with regional teams, factories, and principals to ensure smooth operations
- Support the sales team with pre‑sales technical queries and application advice
- Gather customer feedback, market insights, and competitor information to support business improvement
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Preferably with at least 3-5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Sensitivity to dealers and customers expectations, with a good business sense and understanding of business processes.
- Able to work independently and handle pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Possess own transportation and be willing to travel frequently nationwide or overseas for sales-related purposes if necessary.
