Assistant Manager/Manager, Operations Audit

What You'll Do:

• Execute audits of operational processes (e.g., customer onboarding, transactions monitoring, dispute handling, merchant operations)
• Perform control testing, walkthroughs, and data validation
• Document audit findings, root causes, and supporting evidence
• Assist in drafting clear audit observations and recommendations
• Support audit planning and risk assessment
• Track remediation status and follow-up actions
• Support data analytics / continuous auditing for transaction monitoring and anomalies
• Stay updated on fintech operational risks (fraud trends, AML/KYC risks)

Role Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years
• Preferred: Fintech / e-wallet / digital banking / payments OR external audit / consulting (operational / internal audit)
• Bachelor's Degree: Business, Finance, Accounting, IT or related
• Good academic results (e.g., Second Upper and above preferred)
• Preferred: CIA (or pursuing), ACCA/CPA
