About the Role:
In this exciting role, the candidate will take charge of managing internal communications and
events within the Proton International Corporation Sdn Bhd. They'll be the key connector to building
strong, collaborative relationships with both internal ISD teams and international distributors
across the globe.
Your Day To Day:
- Manage PROTON's International Distributors marketing activities, including but not
- limited to product launches, branding, sales and service, and corporate campaigns.
- Assist International Distributors Marketing teams in developing communication plans.
- Monitor international distributors projects and ensure the timely execution and
- completion of deliverables to meet the best possible quality standards. Conduct Plan Do-Check-Act on a periodic basis.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams from Group Marketing and Group Corporate
- Communications.
- Ensure all communications follow Corporate Identity (CI).
- Prepare periodic marketing reports to share the latest insights on PROTON's
- international markets for internal and external audiences.
- Assist in marketing operational matters as and when needed.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing communications and branding.
- Candidates with international marketing exposure are highly preferred.
- Fluency in English and excellent writing skills.
- Relevant technical background, including skills in: Paid media channels, Social media,
- Search engine marketing, Video editing, Design, etc.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy, especially when working
- with numbers.
