ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
- Arrange meetings with prospective clients to present our products and services.
- Conduct compelling presentations about our organization, products, and services.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their needs effectively.
Needs Analysis and Solution Development
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements, challenges, and objectives thoroughly.
- Develop tailored solutions based on the client's needs, incorporating our unique value proposition.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure proposed solutions align with company capabilities.
Campaign Management
- Responsible for planning to delivery of brand activities that are in line with agreed marketing strategies for both Malaysia and Singapore.
- Plan and implement marketing and promotion plans to meet revenue targets.
- Manage launch of new products and ensure every stage of the launch process is seen through with efficiency and timeliness.
- Track engagements for current digital assets and collaborate with digital agency to consistently develop plans for improvement.
- Track brand expenditure and ensure all payment processes are seen end-to-end in a timely manner.
- Work closely with creative and media agency to work out materials and communication plans to achieve determined targets
- Work closely with PR to ensure optimum coverage for brand related activities.
- Proactively add-value in ideation and conceptualization of campaigns
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- Work closely with internal and external parties to coordinate project timeline towards timely rollout of campaigns
- Measure and report campaign performances against targets, revenues and plans.
- Track campaign progress and produce reports based on agreed schedules with clients.
- Prepare closing reports at the end of campaigns and ensure stock reconciliation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, economics, or any related fields.
- Minimum 3 years working and proven experience in business development, sales or a related field.
- Strong demonstratable writing, researching, communication, negotiation, presentation and computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experienced in the FMCG/retail industry is a bonus.
