About The Job
- Marketing Campaigns: Lead the execution of marketing initiatives in line with strategic plans and approved budgets.
- Strategic Pricing: Design and implement pricing strategies that enhance profitability and support growth across all target markets.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, monitor competitor growth strategies, and pinpoint new development opportunities.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure timely submission and renewal of required permits and licenses, including APDL, developer licenses, and local advertising permits, in line with HDA regulations.
- Project Launches & Events: Oversee the production of marketing materials and manage end-to-end coordination of launches, roadshows, and promotional activities.
- Reporting & Analysis: Maintain meticulous records of pricing, sales performance, and marketing activity to provide actionable insights for the management team.
About The Manager/team
- A Bachelor's Degree, or professional qualification in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in marketing specifically within the property development industry.
