Assistant Manager, Retail Marketing & Communications
Location: Cheras, KL
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager in Retail Marketing & Communications to play a key role in planning, managing and executing marketing strategies and communication efforts that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives.
- Plan, manage and coordinate marketing campaigns via seasonal launches & in-store events.
- Liaise and be responsible for the coordination of agency team on the development, design and
- production of creative & content assets to produce engaging and impactful marketing.
- Monitor the performance of campaigns and provide reports on key metrics to measure effectiveness
- and ROI.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis. Ensure marketing
- activities are implemented with excellence and timely delivery of all deliverables.
- Identify and analyse market reactions & results of marketing activities.
- Partner with stakeholder team to implement Brand Activation programmes
- Develop post campaign reports and analysis.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience in brand management and retail marketing, or related roles, preferably with a marketing agency or retail sportswear background or retail fashion.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field.
- Creative thinking and innovative mindset to develop impactful marketing strategies.
- Innovate in today's marketing landscape: digital web, social media, interactive installations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market changes, best practices, tools and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
- Experienced in integrated marketing campaigns designs across web, mobile, social.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
