We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Presentation & Design Specialist who can transform complex ideas into clear, visually engaging stories while working directly with senior management to ensure strategic alignment. This role blends high-impact presentation design with broader creative support for brand and marketing initiatives, requiring both strong design expertise and confident stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop impactful presentations, proposals, and visual content for senior management, board members, and external audiences
• Work closely with supervisors and brand/marketing teams to execute creative briefs and produce design solutions that effectively communicate business messages
• Collaborate with senior leaders to translate complex topics into easy-to-understand visuals through layouts, infographics, charts, photography, illustration, and digital design
• Manage expectations, approvals, and feedback with tact and professionalism, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines
• Adapt presentations for various formats, including in-person, virtual, and interactive delivery, while maintaining brand consistency
• Make informed creative decisions on colour palettes, typography, imagery, animation, and layout across presentations and other marketing or corporate materials
• Partner with copywriters, UI/UX designers, executives, and marketing specialists to deliver cohesive design outputs
• Maintain and update master templates, brand assets, and style guides to ensure consistent application across all materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design, visual communication, multimedia, marketing, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in presentation design or visual communication (agency or in-house)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint; proficiency in other platforms such as Keynote, Google Slides, Prezi, Canva, or similar
• Strong graphic design skills with a solid grasp of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Proven ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging visuals
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior leadership
• Strong organisational skills to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and brand compliance
• Familiarity with brand storytelling and marketing campaigns
