This position is responsible for supporting all Business Development related activities, including supporting the analysis and submission of new projects. The role involves conducting market analysis and feasibility studies of projects in coordination with regional teams, creating visually compelling presentations and pitch decks, and advocating the necessary requirements for the project at hand. Responsibilities include participating in the entire tender process, managing business inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments when necessary, and collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders to prepare a robust bid proposals.

What You'll Be Doing -

  • Tender Management: Analyze tender documentation to ensure compliance with requirements, work closely with different business units to develop the business case and tender submission proposal
  • Presentation Design: Develop high-quality and visually compelling pitch decks for client presentation and internal reviews; ability to incorporate graphics and charts to illustrate complex ideas
  • Image & Content Editing: Familiarity with image editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Canva) to create or refine graphics for proposals and marketing materials
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies in cooperation with regional teams. Assess competition and advocate necessary requirements for ongoing projects.
  • Business Inquiries: Handle business inquiries and direct them to related departments if necessary.
  • Collaboration and Internal Coordination: Strong ability to communicate to all levels of stakeholders and coordinate with internal business units to align business strategies while managing multiple projects
  • Global Expansion: Support rapid global business expansion by proposing various business models and commercial offers, as well as performing due diligence exercises.
  • New Market Identification: Identify new markets and understand local industry landscapes by conducting competitor analyses and benchmarking exercises.
  • Commercial Offers: Structure creative, competitive, and feasible commercial offers, and support the formulation of financial submissions through illustrations and written documentation.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Support other ad-hoc business analyses as required by the business development division.
  • Business P&L: Understanding of business P&L, including the pros and cons of different business models, is an advantage

About you -

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Management or a quantitative discipline from a reputable university
  • Strong commercial, business development, financial modelling and excel skills
  • Ability to work proactively, independently and under pressure, and able to meet tight deadlines
  • High level of professionalism and accuracy in financial analysis is a must
  • At least 3 5 years experience in commercial or business development fields. Candidates with solid exposure in corporate commercial & business development and or multinational corporate environments will be an advantage
  • Experience in preparing professional pitch decks and client presentations.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote) and image editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
  • Experience in project management or tender submissions and exposure to Americas and European markets preferred
  • Detail-oriented with a growth mind-set, negotiation skills and strong team spirit
  • Knowledge of Aviation, Hospitality and/or the travel ecosystem is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
