Key Responsibilities- Manage full spectrum QS functions (Pre & Post Contract)
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, tender & contract documentation
- Handle budgeting, procurement, cost control & variation management
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
- Oversee multiple projects while ensuring profitability and efficiency
- Lead and mentor junior QS team members
Requirements- 5–7 years relevant QS experience
- MUST come from an Interior Design / Interior Fit-Out firm
- Strong in commercial, retail, hospitality, or corporate interior projects
- Solid experience in costing, budgeting, tendering & contract administration
- Familiar with interior fit-out materials, methods, and market pricing
- Leadership capability with strong stakeholder management skills
