Job Description

Join a reputable regional architectural & interior design firm delivering high-profile office, commercial, retail, hospitality, and F&B projects across Southeast Asia

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full spectrum QS functions (Pre & Post Contract)
  • Prepare cost estimates, BOQ, tender & contract documentation
  • Handle budgeting, procurement, cost control & variation management
  • Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Oversee multiple projects while ensuring profitability and efficiency
  • Lead and mentor junior QS team members

Requirements
  • 5–7 years relevant QS experience
  • MUST come from an Interior Design / Interior Fit-Out firm
  • Strong in commercial, retail, hospitality, or corporate interior projects
  • Solid experience in costing, budgeting, tendering & contract administration
  • Familiar with interior fit-out materials, methods, and market pricing
  • Leadership capability with strong stakeholder management skills
