Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling all aspects of Pre and Post Quantity for supplier and contractor.
- Preparing tender documents, contracts, and other related documentation
- Surveying and Contract Administration all the projects related parties
- Prepare quotations, estimate cost, control costs, and budgeting for in-house projects
- Responsible for Taking-off quantities for all the store&aposs items.
- Evaluate costs from main contractor, subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the subcontractors.
- Compilation of cost comparisons and recommendations for the best design rate for the in-house projects.
- Monitor projects including materials and subcontractor cost forecast strictly adhere to the agreed budget.
- Valuation of subcontractors&apos progress claims and Variation Orders
- Discussion, preparation, and submission of Variation Orders
- Responsible to prepare cost estimation, tender submission, and contract for main con, subcontractor, and suppliers
- Monitor and keep track of project progress work closely with internal departments
- Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the project are delivered on time.
Qualifications and Experiences
- Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying/ Building Technology/ Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- 5 years & above of general construction estimating experience, financial experience, construction experience, or related field
- Can work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, discipline and proactive with the ability to work independently
- Software excellent in excel, AutoCAD. Others will be advantage
